PMC3600 oscillating mirror laser welding board is a high-performance control system of the numerical control system. The same control board also has EMC330 laser control board. CatDSP is the companion software that provides high precision, control and speed of complex contours. CatDSP software is installed on a general-purpose computer running the Microsoft Windows operating system. The motion control card used by CatDSP software has a built-in encryption module, and the device manufacturer can use the encryption module to encrypt and authorize the device. When the encryption card runs the software, it is necessary to obtain the authorization code provided by the device manufacturer in advance. When running for the specified time, the software can only run in demo mode without a valid authorization code.

The main functions provided by CatDSP motion control software are as follows:

1) Integrates basic graphics editing functions, you can use the mouse to directly draw various geometric figures, modify controls and import DXF vector format files.

2) Graphic editing supports the combination and decomposition of complex objects, and can individually adjust the starting point, movement direction, vertex coordinates and other attributes of each object. Supports transformation functions such as rotation, series, and mirroring of graphic objects.

3) Support multiple light pens, each light pen can set different process parameters such as speed model, power model, etc., to meet complex processing technology.

4) In motion control, the preprocessing function of angular velocity change is provided to realize the smooth transition of the angle in the motion trajectory.

5) Provide collection and programming functions, which can collect more sampling nodes according to the actual processing parts, and adapt to the trajectory profile. You can input straight lines, space arcs, control curves, etc.

6) Provides a variety of general-purpose input/output port controls.

7) Real-time monitoring of the state of the motion platform, including the coordinates of each motion axis, axis speed, compound speed, processing position, processing progress, limit switch status and other information.
