Its machining accuracy is high, cutting width is only 0.1 to 0.8 millimeters, it can process complex parts. After processing, the parts are smooth and neat, and no need for dressing. Especially for the processing of hot deformation materials, "water jet" has more unique advantages. It is not like the tool wear problem. The abrasive and waste water mixed into the water jet can be reused, the equipment is relatively simple, and the processing cost is low. The vibration and noise caused by the machining process are very small. The chip quantity is only 15% to 20% of the machining. And the debris will not go up with the current and hurt the operator.

"Water jet", because it is not a knife, has opened up a wide range of uses. Cutting of composite materials is a thorny problem in processing. If traditional processing methods are adopted, there will be delamination and tear. Water jet is an ideal tool to solve this problem.
