Five steps of making Medallion
1. Draw the computer file. 3, Carefully grinding, grouped together. The part of the cut pattern is slowly grinded to the connecting line, and the position is identical. The small amount of sticky material is used for positioning, and then the glue is applied to the whole pattern. When bonding, the connection of each small pattern is divided into several groups, first from the center to stick together, then grinding and gluing separately, then the group is combined with the group, and then joins the border with the frame, so that the stitching is orderly, the work efficiency is fast, the quality is good, and it is not easy to walk.
4, Coloring the seams and strengthening the net. When the whole pattern is spelled, it is mixed with epoxy resin, stone powder and color material. When the color is similar to the stone color, a small amount of drier is added to the mixture, and it is quickly infiltrated into the gap of the connecting to the position, and then the surface color is scraped. Lay up the gauze net, sprinkle stone powder and spray the resin evenly, and make the gauze mesh bonded to the stone plate.
5, Polishing and polishing. Stick good Medallion stone flat on the grinding table, and grinding smooth, the sand road, waxed and polished.
