The manufacturing process of cast iron platform is complex and fine, mainly including raw material
preparation, casting, heat treatment, machining, surface treatment and other links. First of all, the
cast iron material is selected as the raw material, and the material quality is ensured through strict
chemical composition analysis and physical property testing. Then, through sand casting or casting
methods, the molten iron is poured into the mold, and the platform blank is formed after cold
solidification. The blank is heat treated to cast stress and improve microstructure uniformity and
hardness. Subsequently, mechanical processing, including roughing, finishing and super-finishing,
has reached the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness required by the design. Surface
treatment, such as sandblasting, painting, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance and beauty of
the platform.
Cast iron platforms have a wide range of applications, covering almost all industries requiring
high-precision flat support. In the field of machining, it is the basis of machine tool installation,
