About the length:

Dear Sir or Madam, in order to avoid any misunderstanding about the length of our hair, hereby we declare that in China,the way we use to measure the length of hair(straight, wave or curly texture…..) isto made the hair stretched to straight, instead of measuring the hair directly.

Meanwhile,since the length is measured by hand,it is unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy(0.1-0.3 inches is acceptable).Kindly plz read our declaration carefully and wish to have happy experience with you.

Return Policy

1. Return/Refund isaccepted within 7 days.please contact us for the return address before you ship, If you return to a wrong address before contact us, it is your responsibility. 2. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer. 3. Hair Care Instructions: Washing Hair: Virgin Hair should be treated as normal hair and washed regularly to maintain its natural shape. Shampoo, condition and moisturize your hair every 3-5 days. Make sure to brush out all tangles before you wash your hair or go to sleep at night. Always use a low pH high moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

Some shampoos can be too harsh for your hair extensions; We recommend that you pre- condition your extensions before washing by applying conditioner to hair without rinsing it out. Then wash hair normally and follow with conditioner.

Styling: A. Use a soft bristle brush starting from the bottom; Gently work your way up. Do not tug or pull on the hair. B. At night, tie your hair up gently or wrap it to prevent tangling. C. If you have braid extensions, run your fingers through the braids to help prevent tangling
