2. Shipping information:

we usually send goods by FedEx,and we get the lastest tracking number on the second day after we shipped, as all the goods will be transfered in HONGKONG, so we will put the tracking number on aliexpress on second day. Don't worry of that

The FedEx sometimes delay the shipping when the packages plenty. this is beyond our control, but we will track it all the time until you receive it.

Normally the goods will arrive at you within 3-6 working days after being shipped.

If the address is in the scale of remote place of DHl and UPS,we will send the goods by FEDEX or EMS instead!Generally,we will choose the best express shipping method

3. About the length:

Dear Sir or Madam, in order to avoid any misunderstanding about the length of our hair, hereby we declare that in China,the way we use to measure the length of hair(straight, wave or curly texture…..) isto made the hair stretched to straight, instead of measuring the hair directly.

Meanwhile,since the length is measured by hand,it is unavoidable that there will be small inaccuracy(0.1-0.3 inches is acceptable).Kindly plz read our declaration carefully and wish to have happy experience with you.

4. Return Policy

1. Return/Refund isaccepted within 7 days.please contact us for the return address before you ship, If you return to a wrong address before contact us, it is your responsibility.

6. Hair Care

1)Use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.
2)Please comb the hair gently from the end , then to the top step by step to avoid tangle.
3If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave,please put some hair gel for holding this wave.
4You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.

7)Do not blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
