Product description
Nowadays, with human exploitation and environmental degradation, natural energy especially oil energy is becoming less and less, on the contrary, municipal solid wastes are becoming more and more. Huayin waste plastic pyrolysis machine can convert the normal daily wastes like plastic bags, and rubber scraps into fuel oil, which can be used as heating fuel in many industrial fields.
Main advantages
A. Environmental protection
1. The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by a powerful ceramic packing dust removal device, then can be released into the air through the chimney.
2. Carbon black will be discharged out in sealed condition to avoid pollution.
B. Energy saving
1. The flame path is designed as a spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.
2. The syngas is recycled to heating furnace for burning, thus saving your heating fuel.
3. The insulation cover is formed by 3 layers: steel plate, rock wool, and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps save fuel.
C .The high degree of automation
1. In manufacturing we use auto-cutting machines, auto welding machines, auto rolling machines so that both the quality and appearance of our products can be guaranteed.
2. In production, we use auto-feeder to feed raw materials into the pyrolysis reactor. By auto-feeder it needs few workers and less time to feed. And because of 50 ton hydraulic pressure, it can feed more tires than manually feeding.
