Waste High Temperature Plastic Pyrolysis Fuel Oil Plant Plastic Pyrolysis Furnace

Micro-negative pressure high-temperature pyrolysis technology for waste plastic is one of the promising waste plastic treatment methods. It decomposes the organic components of the plastic by heating at a high temperature of 500-700 ℃ under the condition of anaerobic, so as to obtain around 50%-75% fuel oil, 30% carbon black,10%-15% combustible gas.

Output product and usage

---Fuel oil (50%-75%)

1. The main product - fuel oil produced by waste pyrolysis machine is widely used for industrial and commercial purposes. This fuel oil is a kind of good heating fuel that can be applied for boiler factories, cement factories, glass factories, steel mills, etc.

2. It also can be refined to diesel by the distillation machine. The distillation diesel can be used for diesel engines.

---Carbon black (30%-35%)

1. It can be pressed into pellets for use in industrial heating. Pellets are a good alternative to coal as their calorific value is equivalent to that of coal.

2. It can be ground and refined into different standards.

Flammable Gas (8%-10%)

1. Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2. Storage the extra gas to restart the next batch.

6) Adopt 3 layers of ceramic packing dedusting device and water spray, finally, no black smoke discharged out. SGS emission report provided.
