Product description
The plastic waste that can be seen everywhere seriously pollutes our living environment, how to dispose of this plastic waste properly is increasingly important. Huayin waste plastic pyrolysis plant can recycle the waste plastic to fuel oil, carbon black, and gas through pyrolysis technology, the whole process is environmentally friendly and brings you a large profit.
Operation Process
1: Feeding. Feed tires /plastic into the pyrolysis reactor manually or with auto feeder;
2: Preheating. Waste tyres/plastic will be melted under high temperatures and oil gas comes out.
3: Oil-producing. Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; Some oil gas that can not be turned into liquid oil will go back to the heating furnace for second burning.
4: Cooling. After the oil processing is finished, leave the plant for cooling.
5: Carbon black discharging.
6: Pulling out steel wire.

1. The flue gas (caused by burning fuel to heat the reactor) will be purified and cooled by a powerful ceramic packing dust removal device, then can be released into the air through the chimney.
2. Carbon black will be discharged out in sealed condition to avoid pollution.

1. The flame path is designed as a spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.
2. The syngas is recycled to heating furnace for burning, thus saving your heating fuel.
3. The insulation cover is formed by 3 layers: steel plate, rock wool, and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect helps save fuel.
C. The high degree of automation
1. In manufacturing we use auto-cutting machines, auto welding machines, and auto rolling machines so that both the quality and appearance of our products can be guaranteed.
2. In production, we use an auto-feeder to feed raw materials into the pyrolysis reactor. By auto-feeder it needs few workers and less time to feed. And because of 50-ton hydraulic pressure, it can feed more tires than manually feeding.
