Product Description
Waste tyre pyrolysis is the process of converting waste tires , rubber scrap into industrial fuels , carbon black , steel wire and hydrocarbon gas.
The whole process is environmental friendly as its good design and powerful dedusting system and bring you large profit at the same time.
The complete waste tyre pyrolysis plant inlcuding 6 parts : Auto feeder machine, pyrolysis reactor (Main part) , heating system , condensing system , dedusting system and carbon black discharging system.

Output product and usage
1. Fuel oil: Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity. Or further refined to diesel by waste oil distillation plant.
2. Carbon black: used for construction bricks with clay, also can be used as fuel.
3. Steel wires: Sold or reprocessing
4. Combustible gas: Can be used as heating fuel during production or storage with special bag.
