Rubber Water Suction and Discharge Hose is made by the highest quality of rubber compound synthesis. It has the maximum flexibility with long service life and light weight. Designed for full suction and discharge pressure; It handles sewage, waste water, etc.
Structure:
1. The inner synthetic tube is black synthetic rubber, wear-resistant and impact-resistant
2. The framework is a layer of compound synthetic fabric laminate (High strength synthetic cord and helix wire)
3. The synthetic rubber cover can be black, smooth (wrapped finish) synthetic rubber, weathering and ozone resistant.
Characteristics:
The rubber hose is soft and convenient, the layer has good property of anti-aging and soft in flexibility. The hose has good property of bearing both the positive and negative pressure. The performance of the hose remains good even under the pressure of -80kpa (600mm mercury) at the vacuum. The burst pressure of the hose is 3 times or higher than the working pressure
Application:
1. Rubber suction hose is widely used for delivering liquid or solid materials such as water, oil, sand and cement in fields of industry, agriculture, mining, construction etc.
2. This hose can be used to suction the water at normal temperature and the general neutral liquid in mining, factory, agriculture.
3. The hose is also used for suction and discharge of water, and non-corrosive fluids used in construction pit sand light duty industrial applications. Ideal high pressure water discharge hose for rugged, tough operating conditions
Advantage:
1. Inside and outside rubber layers of suction and discharge hose have fine wear resistance and flexibility.
2. Reinforcement layer is made of twining high-quality and high-strength canvas, plus embedding high-resilience steel wire among canvas layers.
3. The hose has dual nature of bearing both positive and negative pressure.
4. Embedding metallic flanges in both ends, the hose is convenient for installation.
Packing:
The general package of our products is plastic or woven bag with pallet under the hose. however, we can also provide special package according to customer's requests.
