The unit combains heat mixing and cooling mixing craft together.The materials after heat mixing can be got into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining gases and prevent agglomeration. The unit is developed by importing and advanced foreign technology.
Heat mixing has such functions as self-friction ,and electric heating.cool mixer absorbed slowdown tech form overseas,adopts direct slowdown device,overcomes the deadly weakness causing by use of retarder.that makes it running smoothly even more.This machine has come up to the same kind of product level in the word.That is an ideal equipment for producting plates,pipes and special-shaped materials etc.

The parts contact with raw material are all made of stainless steel 304 and mirror polishing treatment

Special designed mixing axis design can avoiding the raw material leaking from the barrel

The main shaft sealing device, adopts the special material seal and oil resistant high temperature resistant skeleton oil seal type
Hot mix with self friction and electrical heating or steam heating function
Pot with double sealing cold mix USES the arch, not changeful form
