Application:
1. Applicable plastic materials: BOPP, CPP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, PA, EPE, etc

3. Material types:woven bag,printed LDPE film,film(rolls,loose,bundled),agricultural film waste,foamed

4. Material is cut, pre-dried, pre-heated, pre
homogenized and compacted in the shredding drum.
5. Less power consumption cost per kilogram,high throughput,reduced floor space occupation and operator
attendance.
Pelletizing method: pull strap pelletizing
Pull Strip Cutting Pelletizing Machine process:
Belt conveyor → Metal detector →Film agglomerating → Single screw extruder → Hydraulic screen changer
→ Mould die→ Water Tank→ Gale dryer→ pelletizer →air feeding& Silo storage → Finished product packing.
