SJZ-65/132 CONICAL DOUBLE SCREW EXTRUDER
SJSZ-65/132 CONICAL DOUBLE SCREW EXTRUDER is mainly used for extruding PVC material. Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machinery, it can produce many kinds of plastic products, PVC window/door profiles, wall panels, edge banding profile, ceiling board, water supply pipe, pelletes and so on.
PLASTIC MATERIAL ---TO--- DIFFERENT PRODUCTS
This process starts by feeding plastic material (pellets, granules, flakes or powders) from a hopper into the barrel of the extruder. The material is gradually melted by the mechanical energy generated by turning screws and by heaters arranged along the barrel. The melten polymer is then forced into a die, which shapes the polymer into a pipe that hardens during cooling.
ADVANTAGES FOR TWIN SCREW EXTRUDING:
1.Inverted rotation double-screw stem makes the material flow in shape. This can meet the thchnique demands of tranport, compression, mixture and refining, exhaust, plasticzing of the material.
2.The special oil heating system in the core of the screw stem can ensure the relative stability of the product quality.
3.Different models of screw stems of the machine are designed to match the relevant auxiliary machine to produce all kinds of pipe material, shaped material, grains and others.

SJZ-65/132 CONICAL TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER is mainly used for extruding PVC material. Coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machinery, it can produce many kinds of plastic products, PVC window /door profiles, wall panels, edge banding profile, ceiling board, water supply pipe, pelletes and so on.
