General Introduction:
The equipment consists of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutter, and stacker. It has high-techlaser tracking device exclusive, to ensure not only extrude pvc ceilings with high quality and output also greatly reduce the cost of production, which get appreciations from customers.
Features and Application:
1. The equipment adapts to various formulations, the ratio of calcium can be increased up to 50%- -250%,while the required accessories can be reduced by 30%.
2. The ceiling the extruder products has an exquisite appearance and uniform plasticization.
3. Laser tracking eliminates problems regarding the extrusion flow rate, whichelps achieve automation of the entire extrusion process.
4. The PVC ceiling extrusion machine has auto-alarm functions in case of emergency, through the use of PID controller. Which is mainly used in the area of pvc ceiling, integrated ceiling, luggage board, ceiling corner etc.

HSJZ-65/132mm Conical Twin Screw Extruder
This Extruder is designed specially for processing Higher Percent Calcium Mixed PVC Material, to manufacture PVC Wall/Ceiling Panels. The Extruder installs with 37kw driving motor , which will produce 1000-1500sqm panels. Our SCREW & BARREL Sets is specially designed for 200-260% Calcium mixed. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.
Angle Line U/L Shape
This angle line moulds are designed into two cavity to improve the production efficiency. Compare with single screw extruder work with single cavity mould, this choice will greatly reduced the production cost.
Vacuum Cooling Platform
This unit is mainly for cooling and shaping the panels after the extrusion mould. It is installed with 4kw vacuum pump and 3kw water pump, for reliable production.
This unit is specially for wall and ceiling panel production. It's a perfect match to the shape of the panel. The pressing rubber wheels direction or angle can be adjusted accordingly as per panel design. With a higher speed production, makes it very effective for the panel suppliers.
This unit is mainly for collecting the panels after proudction. It will discharge the panels automatically and piles the panels into bundle.
