Q1. Are you a trader or manufacturer?
A: We are manufacturer and our own factory is located in Dong Guan.
Q2. How is the quality of your products?
A: Our products of good quality at competitive price ,we have QC staff to assure quality,
we have related reports as below and many our cooperated customers work with us for
many years , our quality is acknowledged .
Q3. Can I order a custom-made/OEM/ODM product?
A: Of course, we offer custom-made/OEM/ODM service for you. Just tell me your idea or
provide us your drawing. The sample time is about 3-5 working days.
Q4. How can I get a sample from you to check quality and tailor time?
A: You can give us your design detail ,and then we will offer sample as per your specification,
or you can send us samples and we can make a counter sample for you.
Usually sample tailoring time about 7-15days.
Q5. What about your delivery time of the products? Can we receive our goods on time?
A: Usually 10 to 30 days after order confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quantity.
We regard clients’ time as gold,so we’ll do our best to deliver goods on time.
