1.Make sure raw materials 100% new PVC
2.Adjust formula according to different situations to make surface colors rperfect.
3.Place and fix printing film on the rollers properly,to avoid any wrinkles or folds.
4.Check machine working conditions,do the accordingly process.
5.Compare the test colors and original colors from customers.
6.Re-rolling:After all the decorative PVC film rolled well on the bobbins:
--we put the big rolls onto re-rolling machine to reroll the film on our standard bobbins.
--When re-rolling finished,we pack them and lay them on wood pallet.
Delivery:
we put the rolls that packed well on the pallet,fasten the pallet by winding the special belt.
--For domestic customers,we delivery with truck.
--For overseas customers,we book containers and ship by sea.
