1. Introduction
It is cantilever type box-beam SAW welding machine. Welding can adopt single wire, twin wire or tri-wire. It fulfills the automatic SAW welding of box-beam after finishing ESW, which has the features of high efficiency, stable and reliable quality, digital display of welding speed and variable frequency adjustable.

3. Working principle
This machine is used for box-beam automatic SAW welding. It also can be used for H-beam fillet welding in down hand after changing the arc guiding rack. After completing the box-beam ESW (electro-slag welding), transfer the box-beam to one side of SAW welding machine. And then transfer the beam to another SAW welding machine after completing one seam. The welding arm with submerged arc welding head can move in vertical and horizontal directions to make the welding head aim at the welding seam. On welding arm, there is pneumatic mechanical arc-guiding device to realize the tracing. And the machine can do the automatic SAW welding. There is flux feeding and recovery device for this machine.
All the arc-guiding motions of this machine are realized by pneumatic and mechanical device. All the pneumatic control elements are imported parts. Both sides synchronous driving system is imported A.C. variable frequency control. Welding arm UP/DOWN and LEFT/RIGHT motions are realized by motorized gear and rack so as to fit different H-beam sizes and avoid that it cannot stop in the middle if using gas cylinder transmission.
