Machine main descriptions

     Road poles closed welding machine, generally applicable to polygonal or rounded light pole. This is an automatic welding line, with a variable speed motor can push the light pole from the small end to the big one end, the hydraulic cylinder through the mechanical wheel chain, the turbine to promote the clamping wheel, light pole shut, welding synchronization. 
    The host power supply using the US Lincoln submerged arc welding power supply, CNC system using the German Siemens PLC, Taiwan touch screen, the Japanese inverter, proportional valve and controller using the German brand. The whole welding machine equipment is stable, reliable, high degree of automation, welding quality, cost-effective, can reach the domestic industry-leading level.
     Light pole shut machine mainly use for combining the steel joint and welding the seam .Light pole was widely used in the world.
     As a specially in producing the pole clamping and welding machine. We have lots of experience in producing this machine.The pole was widely used in the city and road. It is suitable  for one piece type polygonal and circle taper light pole. it is automatic welding line, the dolly with  speed adjustable motor can pull (or push) the light pole from small end to big end , The hydraulic cylinder through  mechanical chain,   Worm wheel push the clamping wheel to close the pole and do welding at the same time.

Remarks : we have 3 types chain transmission type machine for diameter 350mm , 450 mm , 550 mm .

Welding type: Submerged Arc Welding /  Gas- shielded welding(CO2)  Welding  both function We will produce according to your requirements.

Supply scope ot the whole machine :

• Long working table with rack for pull doly.

Note:, If chose the Lincoln welding machine,normally it is suitable for Submerged Arc Welding
 process
 
Fast motorized return back for dolly 

Note:for the standard machine, the dolly return back can be motorized with working speed, it 
is very slow for return back process. So, normally, the operator will open the dolly clutch and 
push the dolly by manual. 
In order to reduce the manpower, we have option: Fast motorized return back for dolly. The 
operator only push button, the dolly will be back to the welding head.

Both Side additional hydraulic cylinder  
It is suitable for small diameter big thickness light pole, or steel plate with high tensile 
strength light pole.
With this additional option , the diameter from 60~450mm, thickness 2.8~6mm, all pole can be 
suitable. And easy for operation.
