In some fields , such as oil storage and transportation , we need high quality tanks or pipes . The tanks welding seam in very important to the productiond line. So we must process the plate groove.
In the important welding seam , the groove must processing by milling head . The milling head is very important for milling the groove. We import the shining head from Taiwan origin place ,The brand is 'e-long'. It has a stable processing performance . Low noise and milling stable. We sold many this model machine to Egypt and Russia.
If we want to machining the X type groove , we may use 2 milling heads ,one working up and another working from down . It is have very high efficient.
Compared with the traditional edge milling machines, this machine series is mountable in their tracks, more rational in structure by heat-treatment of the bench, more reliable and stable in the milling & turning head’s running. The feed and feed-back systems are fully independent respectively. The feed-back is quick and is highly efficient. The angle of the milling tool’s tray is convenient in adjustment, and the custom-built tool rest and the normal tool rest can be inter-converted. They are the updated products of the traditional edge milling machine.
