Description of Automatic Light Pole Welding Machine

• The automatic light pole welding machine is designed for welding light poles during production.
• This machine is specially designed for light pole automatic seam shut and welding.
• Welding method: Submerged Arc Welding/MIG Welding.
• The light pole welding machine is suitable for one shell type polygonal and circle taper light poles.
• The machine includes the following items:
• Long working table with rack for pull dolly.
• Dolly for pulling pole
• Hydraulic clamping and welding unit (including 3 sets clamping wheels for polygonal and circle pole)
• Submerged arc welding system, including welding wire feeding system.

Machine description

     The lamppost, as its name suggests, is the bar that installs the streetlights, called the lamppost. It Can be divided into: iron lamppost, stainless steel lamppost, aluminum alloy lamppost. The light poles are mainly made of high quality Q235 steel.The light pole welding method is automatic sub-arc welding. The light poles are treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

     Light pole shut and welding machine mainly use for combining the steel joint and welding its longitudinal seam . We had exported many this type machine to all over the world. As a specially in producing the pole clamping and welding machine. We have lots of experience in producing this machine.The pole was widely used in the city and road. It is suitable for one piece type polygonal and circle taper light pole. It is an automatic welding line, the dolly with speed adjustable motor can pull (or push) the light pole from small end to big end , The hydraulic cylinder through mechanical chain, Worm wheel push the clamping wheel to close the pole and do welding at the same time.

Fast motorized return back for dolly 
       Note:for the standard machine, the dolly return back can be motorized with working speed, it 
is very slow for return back process. So, normally, the operator will open the dolly clutch and 
push the dolly by manual. 
       In order to reduce the manpower, we have option: Fast motorized return back for dolly. The 
operator only push button, the dolly will be back to the welding head.

Both Side additional hydraulic cylinder  
It is suitable for small diameter big thickness light pole, or steel plate with high tensile 
strength light pole.
With this additional option , the diameter from 60~450mm, thickness 2.8~6mm, all pole can be 
suitable. And easy for operation.
