REXON ZYL-10 intelligent on-load tap-changer online oil filter device is the latest intelligent online oil filter device in China. It is mainly used for circulating filtration of insulating oil for on-load tap-changers of main transformers of 35kV and above. The device can effectively remove the free carbon and metal particles of the oil in the tap changer under the normal operation of the transformer system and can reduce the trace amount of moisture, thereby effectively improving the safety and reliability of the on-load tap changer operation. Working Principle

ZYL-10 intelligent on-load tap-changer online oil filtering device consists of an embedded oil pump motor and two-stage precision filter element, pressure monitoring, microcomputer numerical control unit, electronic and hydraulic multi-stage protection locking unit, fault detection and diagnosis system, temperature and humidity control And the remote monitoring system and other components. When the transformer is in normal operation, the power switch is turned on, and the device periodically or automatically circulates and filters the transformer oil in the tap changer according to the set operation mode. When the filter element is clogged, the system automatically alarms and turns off the motor to stop filtering. There are three modes of operation: manual, automatic and timing. With system clock setting, mode selection, record query, manual, automatic and timed running time setting, default running parameter download, parameter query, tap changer action count, cumulative oil filter time record, oil pump motor phase sequence and overload shortage Phase protection, pressure overload protection and other functions.
