Application
Rexon 304 Stainless Steel Type Cooking Oil Purifier Machine is especially for purifying used cooking oil to make oil pure clean for edible purpose. It takes high quality and edible standard 304 stainless steel material for the whole machine body and pipelines construction, which has good anti-acidity, anti-corrosion ability. It’s also used for cleaning semi-finished oil during new vegetable oil producing. It is designed to remove water, gases and particulates from cooking oils, vegetable oils, palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, oliveoil, peanut , coconut oil, also including Cotton, sesame, peanut, and soybean oil, etc. In order to deal with cooking oil’s acidity matters, fat items.
Advantages
This cooking oil purifier is made of 304 stainless steel material for the whole machine body, pipeline, joints and stainless steel pump, and all stainless steel filters are for eating standard. During the filtration process, the used cooking oil will be touched and flow through all edible materials. Safe and standard. Same with vacuum oil purifier TYA, it can fast dewater, degas, and remove the impurities and tiny particulates and the volatile matter from UCO. After the treatment, the cooking oil will become much better quality with the lowest contamination like few particles below 1~5micron, and moisture content below 50PPM. So using the treated cooking oil as raw material, the bio-diesel productivity will be improved highly.
