3. Product Applications

Metallic ore dressing agent suitable ore types: gold and silver oxide ore, primary ore, high sulfur and high arsenic gold ore, cyanide tailings, gold concentrate, sulfuric acid slag, anode mud, etc.

 


4. Advantages for Metallic Ore Dressing Agent 

 

Jinchan metallic ore dressing/leaching agent is an environmentally friendly agent used to treat gold ore, replacing the traditional sodium cyanide leaching method. The application effect of gold cicada leaching solution in gold ore is equivalent to or even better than that of sodium cyanide leaching. It can improve the leaching rate of gold, and its adsorption and desorption effects on gold are similar to those of cyanide method, and it has low toxicity, producing more hidden benefits for the environment and safety.

 

Base metals refer to metals with lower prices compared to precious metals, such as iron, copper, aluminum, etc. The gold cicada leaching solution is mainly used to extract gold from gold ore. Its reaction with base metals is relatively weak and will not have a significant impact on them. The reaction between gold cicada leaching solution and base metals is relatively small, mainly concentrated in the extraction and leaching process of gold.

 

 


5. Usage Method

1. The best effect of metallic ore dressing agent is to use it at room temperature for the slurry temperature, but it should not be lower than 10 ℃.

2. It is recommended to regularly check the gold content, pH value of the solution or slurry, and concentration of JIN CHAN gold metal leaching agent in expensive and lean solutions.

3. Strong oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate are not recommended to be mixed with JIN CHAN metallic ore dressing agent.

4. The use of chemical reagents such as ammonia, sodium sulfide, potassium ferrocyanide, and lead nitrate in the pretreatment of complex ores has a relatively small impact on JIN CHAN gold leaching agent.
