White Crystal Powder Dipotassium Phosphate, Food Grade 98%min DKP
Dipotassium phosphate is a kind of inorganic compound with chemical formula K2HPO4, which is white crystalline or non -fixed powder. It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. It is mainly used as a corrosion agent for antifreeze, nutrients of antibiotic medium, phosphorus and potassium adjusters, feed additives, etc. of the fermentation industry. We sell dipotassium phosphate trihydrate and dipotassium phosphate anhydrous.

2. Molecular Weight: Anhydrous:174.18 ; Trihydrate:228.18
3. Molecular Formula: K2HPO4 ; K2HPO4· 3H2O
4. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer.
5. Usage: In food industry, dipotassium phosphate is used as buffering agent, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsifying salt, synergistic agent of anti-oxidation.
6. Character: Dipotassium phosphate colorless or white square crystal granule, easily deliquescent, alkaline, insoluble in ethanol. PH value is about 9 in 1% aqueous solution.
7. Storage & Transportation: Dipotassium phosphate should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse. Be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot; unloaded with care, so as to avoid the damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
