Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-3006.5 for washing machine cover bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-3006.5 can be used for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of PC, ABS and other plastics. PUR-3006.5 is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength, fast positioning. After curing, PUR-3006.5 has good peeling strength. And PUR-3006.5 is especially suitable for the bonding of rapid assembly materials for the top cover of the drum washing machine in home appliance industry.

USER GUIDE
The package of PUR-3006.5 is suitable for various dispensing equipment.
The recommended operating temperature is 130℃~160℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is best to place the finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, relative humidity about 65%).
STORAGE
Store PUR-3006.5 where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
