△ Ash hopper and ash discharge part: divided into direct connection form, ash hopper is connected with ash discharge valve through conveying equipment;

According to the change of working environment, Xinchen XMC sub-chamber pulse bag filter is matched with solenoid valves of different specifications to adapt to a variety of complex dust removal environments. Even in the particularly cold northeast and northwest regions or when the flue gas is below zero, the heat preservation and heating device needs to be added, and the shell only needs to be changed slightly without replacing new equipment, which saves a lot of investment costs for users.
3. Reasonable box structure and automatic control series effectively improve the working efficiency of the XMC sub-chamber pulse bag filter. During the working process, the dust-containing gas enters the expanded ash hopper of the dust collector for pre-collection, and is evenly distributed through the deflector. Between each filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag. In order to make the equipment resistance not exceed 1200Pa, the high-pressure gas is pulsed through the solenoid valve, so that the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) in the air bag is blown by the hole of the nozzle The sprayed (called primary air) induces several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) through the venturi tube into the filter bag and rapidly expands in an instant, and shakes off the dust along with the opposite direction of the airflow to achieve a clean dust. purpose.
4. The filter bag of Xinchen XMC sub-chamber pulse bag filter is generally made of polyester needled felt, and the allowable temperature can reach 120℃.
