• This type of production line is consists of a hydrapulper system, semi automatic forming machines, and corollary equipments.
• The forming machine complete the forming, drying and hot-press shaping procedures by manually.
• After wet pressing process, products will be dry in the mould completely.
• Application: Compostable tableware, fruit trays, simple industrial package, etc.

• The raw material is the clean virgin paper, like the sugarcane bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp, reed pulp and etc.

How the Production Line Works:                                                                                                                               

Pulping System: Turn clean virgin paper into pulp of certain consistency. Main equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, etc.

Forming System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.

Drying System: After forming, then transfer the products on hot press moulds by manually. The procedures of forming, drying and hot-press shaping are completed in the forming machine.
