Styling Details
Front:
Collar:
To have a 5cm wide stand up collar with footstitching at top.
Collar to have half moon inset at back with five rows of evenly spaced multi needle stitching as per CAD.
Collar to have a separate 2.5cm wide extended v-tab fastening with DH stud fastening, with edge stitching and cross stitch at collar attachment.
Center front zip to be 5 guage metal zip with only zip teeth exposed. Zip to start at top of collar stand and run down to bottom hem.
C/F to have self fabric piping on either side of zip with triple needle stitch detail.
Shoulder:
Shoulder panel to be shaped, with horiontal multi stitching as per CAD with quilting inside.
Shoulder panel to be twin needle stitched on front seam.
Shoulder panel to continue over to back with multi needle stitching with no shoulder seam.
Body:
To have 14cm long horizontal chest zip pockets inserted. Position to be 18.5cm below hsp and 4cm from center front.
Concealed chest pocket depth to be 16cm.
Chest pockets to have self fabric piping on either side of zip, with only zip teeth exposed.
Body to have mirror matching princess cutlines from armhole to hem with edge stitching.
Lower side pockets to be inserted in front of princess line as per CAD. To have vertical welt pocket opening with concealed pocket bag.
Pocket welts to be 17cm long x 2.5cm wide with double needle stitching centered vertically on welts.
Welts to be edge stitched around outside.
Welt position to be 10cm above bottom hem and 8cm from side seam.
To have a separate 5cm wide waistband edge stitched at top and footstitched at bottom.
Pocket bags to be top stitched with narrow twin needle stitching as per CAD.
Sleeves:
Long sleeves to have a vertical cutline in front aligned with front shoulder yoke seam as per CAD. Seam to be edge stitched.
Sleeves to have horizontal cutlnes at inner elbow and outer sleeve 17cm below armhole seam at crown. To be twin needle stitched.
Sleeves to have a separate 5cm wide cuff, edge stitched at top and foot stitched at bottom hem.
Back:
To have multi stitch detail on back shoulder panels as per CAD, following through from front.
Shoulder panel to be edge stitched at bottom seam.
To have center back seam detail with edge stitching on either side of seam
To have back princess cutlines, edge stitched as per CAD, copy shape.
To have curved lower back panel with twin needle stitching, positioned between princess lines as per CAD. To be 15cm high at center back from top of curved inset to top of waistband.
To have a separate 5cm wide waistband as per front.
Sleeves:
To have a vertical cutline edge stitched.
Cuff to have a 10cm long gauntlet and v-tab with DH branded stud fastening.
Inside:
Internals with indigo chambray padded quilted lining on top half and dtm poly twill lining padded and quilted
on bottom half.
Sleeved to be padded and quilted
Add self fabric horizontal 4cm wide insert on back panel between chambray and poly twill
To have internal pocket
Main label, portrait patch, back neck loop and Daniel Hechter branded navy piping between lining and facing.
