Styling Details
Front:
1) Narrow biker collar with edge stitch at top and bottom edge.
2) Collar tab closed with branded doughnut snap button in antique nickel colour.
3) Shoulder panel with multirow topstitching, attached with twin needle.
4) Armhole finished with twin needle.
5) Horizontal cutline across chest finished with triple needle and with matching colour filled piping inserted into cutline but in suede quality.
6) No5 metal zip placed underneath chest cutline (LHSW and RHSW, functional chest pkts) with no5 filled piping in DTM suede quality and edge stitch finish all around,. Branded zip puller for chest pkts, antique nickel colour.
7) No8 metal zip at CF with branded zip puller, antique nickel colour.
8) CF zip finished with filled piping but in body PU fabric.
9) Cutline on front of sleeve with triple needle finish and suede piping.
10) Laid-on cuff with triple needle finish.
11) Panel with multirow topstitching on upper sleeve.
12) 3cm body fabric welt pkts with edge stitch finish, angled position and matching colour suede piping.
13) ADD 10mm twin needle finish at centre of lower welt pkt.
14) Use thick topstitch thread quality, matching colour.
15) Laid-on hem in body PU fabric with twin needle at top and bottom edge.
Back:
16) Straight back yoke, finished with triple needle and filled suede piping.
17) CB cutline from back yoke to hem, finished with footstitch on both sides of cutline.
Inside:
18) Inside facing in body fabric, finished with edge stitch.
19) ADD filled suede piping into inside facing seam.
20) Body PU fabric hanger loop inserted into neck seam.
21) Body lined with chambray quality
22) Sleeves lined with 210T polyester, matching body colour.
23) Body lining to have pleat finish at CB inside.
24) No wadding
