Thin Film Temperature Measuring NTC Thermistor MF55 5K3470  For Printers And Household Appliance

MF55 series is a thin film type thermistor, NTC a chip is soldered on a thin lead frame, and then packaged with an insulating polymer film. The maximum thickness is only 0.6mm (usually 0.5mm). Film-type thermistors are more effective at measuring surface temperature, or can be mounted in a tiny gap.

1). Do not bend the resistance wire frame at will to avoid the chip and wire frame falling off and causing poor resistance;

2). The temperature should not exceed 300℃ during welding, and the welding time should not exceed 0.5 seconds;

3). Use a hot air gun when shrinking the sleeve, and the temperature of the air gun should be controlled at about 120℃;

4). Use a constant-temperature soldering iron when soldering, with a flat soldering iron tip, holding the resistor in one hand and the wire in the other for butt welding, which can improve production efficiency and shorten welding time;

5). Special Note: Do not touch the chip (ie the top of the resistor) with your hands!

NTC Type Thermistor is an MF11 temperature compensated thermistor,MF55 Thin Film Detection NTC Thermistor MF58 single-ended glass sealed thermistor and MF52 temperature measuring thermistor. It is mainly used for temperature measurement and control. It features axial leaded shape, resistance range from 1KΩ to 500KΩ, dissipation factor of 22mW/C (in still air) and rated power of ≤50mW. Furthermore, its B-Value is 25/50: 3100K-4750K ±1%.
