Principe and Features of Full Electric Servo CNC Press brake:
1. Structure of this Press Brake:
1) Complete steel-welded structure; left and right houses, working table are welded into a whole frame.
2) After welding, the internal stress is eliminated by tempering, so the whole steel is strong and the stabe.
3) ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability of the machine and the precision.

The machine’s full servo motors drastically reduce energy consumption, making them environmentally friendly.In addition to this, the motors themselves do not require hydraulic oil, ensuring a cleaner, safer workspace.
3. Professional CNC system Delem or LZ

5. Precision back gauge structure
It adopts ball screw and linear guide, which is driven by servo motors, and the back gauge is positioned quickly and accurately.
More functional multi-axis blocking is available according to customer's requirement.
Standard 2 sets of fingers mounted in Linear guider installed on back gauge beam, as to complex shapes work pieces, 4 or 5 fingers back gauge system and corresponding dies are available for your choose.

The mold sections are 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 100, 300 (cm), and the length can be customized by the user.

8. Mechanical Crowning compenation table
In the CNC system, the plate thickness and length parameters are input, and the CNC system will automatically perform deflection compensation.
Each group consists of several groups of three-dimensional curved surfaces with different slopes. The compensation curve is closer to the deformation curve of the slide plate, which greatly improves the machining accuracy of the bending machine.
