Performance
1. Barrier performance
Barrier performance mainly refers to the protective performance of surgical gowns. The evaluation methods mainly include water immersion test, pressure immersion test, impact penetration spray, blood flow, and air and particle filtration flux.
2. Comfortable performance
Comfort properties include: surface permeability, water gloss, quality, quality, drape, clothing performance, color, reversibility, packaging and clothing processing sensitization, clothing design and sewing effects. Classification
Surgical gowns are usually rated according to their AAMI level. AAMI is the Association for the Advancement of Medical Devices. Level 4: Used in high-risk exposure situations, such as during prolonged, fluid-intensive surgical procedures.
