This product is an aluminum extruded DIY lighting project. These aluminum channels not only make a great housing LED light strip, but also act as a radiator for them, which in turn will expand your LED life and brightness over time. Frosted cover hides LED strips for a professional light fixture appearance. It is compact, slim, easy to install, perfect for under cabinets, under stairs, closets, exhibits, furniture, workstations, etc.
Materials of Aluminium Profiles:
1. Heat Sink: 6063-T5 aerial aluminum
6063 Aerial aluminum has good corrosion resistance and toughness. It's easy polishing, color firm and anodic oxidation. It is a kind of typical extrusion material. Widly used in building profiles, heat sink of lights for vehicles, platforms, furniture, lifts, fences etc.
2. PC cover: Mitsubishi PC from Japan
PC (Polycarbonat) is an amorphous thermoplastic resin with excellent electrical insulation, extensibility,
dimensional stability, and chemical corrosion resistance. It has high strength, heat resistance and cold
resistance. It also has the advantages of self-extinguishing, flame retardant, non toxic and colorable.
Its strength and toughness are very good.
