Among them, coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer and other processes. How to produce our aluminium profiles.
Raw Material: Use first class standard aluminium ingot (al≥99.7%) for melting.
Extrusion lines: Our extrusion lines can be manufacture more than 500 Tons each month.
Anodizing lines: Lines for making different anodized surface colour.
Powder coated lines : Vertical powder coated lines & Horizen powder coated lines
