Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project.You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make the your individual sample. Besides, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost for the samples. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your carrier company account. 5.What files do you need if I want to do my own design? For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.
