White nylon yarn is also called nylon blended, the material for the food grade nylon 66, non-toxic, odorless. High strength, large elongation, excellent flexibility. Strong, good wear resistance, home all the first fiber.
PFM flour mesh is special designed for milling industry,such as flour milling,corn milling,and other grains milling.
Features of nylon filter mesh
Application of nylon filter mesh
PFM nylon flour mesh includs PA-GG series,PA-XX series and PA-XXX series.PA-GG series flour mesh is mainly used in the coarse screening and peeling screening.With much more elasticity,PA-GG flour mesh can instead of stainless steel mesh.And the wear resistance of nylon flour mesh is better than polyester mesh.
PA-XX series flour mesh is most widely used in the flour milling.This flour mesh is made of mono filament and double filament and the inter weave double filament make the mesh surface much more coarse and therefore improve the screening effect.
PA-XXX series has the highest tension during nylon flour mesh.Because it woven with the thicker threads to reduce the opening area.which make it has long service life.
