Specification:
1. Adopt YASKAWA four servo system to drive with more precise and low maintenance.
2. Weinview brand touch screen to display, order changing(stitching pitch, stitching number, stitching style, and back baffle) is very fast and easy, OMRON PLC control.
3. All the contactors are Schneider brand in the control cabinet, contactor and breaker are Schneider brand as well.
4. Optical switch and proximity switch are OMRON brand.
5. Knife blade and under mould are made of alloy tungsten with wear-resistant speciality.
6. Stitching head parts are made of special steel and precisely treated by CNC
7. Can stitch carton with cover and without cover( please make it clear if the carton without cover need to be stitched)
8. The back has the automatic counter, the finished product can be output according to setting number(1-99pcs)
9. Two function in one machine, can stitch single piece carton, double piece carton and irregular carton.
10. Carton size can be adjusted by electric control within 2-3 minutes
