Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard. The production line consists of the mill roll stand, liner preheater, single facer machine, conveyor bridge, gluing machine, double facer machine, slitter scorer, cut-off, conveyer and stacker, heating system, air cmpression system and glue making system and so on. We produced different grade 3,5,7 ply corrugated production line with different fitting.
On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad,our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 60-220m/min, the paper width 1600-2200mm and A,B,C,E,UV flute production line can satisfy different customers

Hydraulic shaftless mill roll stand

Modular type single facer
1. using negative pressure type design, low heat loss,helps the core paper to press evenly and close to the surface of corrugated roller, make the corrugate molding better, pressure uniform, the top of corrugate can glue uniform and better, make the single corrugated paper have perfect laminating.
2. quickly change rollers in 10 minutes, while change corrugated roller with the electric trolley loading,the entire group of corrugating with motor drive,put into the machie,fixed to the machine base,only need a buttons can complete the replacement quickly and easily
Pre-heater
1. a chain transmission is hidden in the wall of the machine, so it is safe and reliable.
2. Paper guide rollers:one direction-changing roller is fixed on the wall of the machine and another one is mobile outside the pre-heating cylinder to control the heating area of the face paper;the parallelism of the mobile paper guide roller is adjustable.
3. the angle of contact is adjustable in approximately 360°
4. constant speed rotated design,makes the cylinder surface temperature balance,and fully transfer to the paper,to reduce steam heating loss,and not easy to break the paper.
double facer
1. Heating plate with a container board production, in line with national standards for a class pressure vessel, with pressure vessel certificate and inspection certificate.
2. Hot plate with intensive gravitational roll structure. Roll adopt pneumatic lifting.
3. Heating plate heat transfer pipe temperature control sub-four-segment, with a temperature display.
4. on cotton use two-cylinder S type cotton belt with the tensioning device.
5. lower belt adopt pneumatic tensioning.
Thin blade slitter scorer
1. Overcome the conventional type of pole, cutting pressure lines appear when collapsed cardboard cut phenomenon, cutting board smooth, quality has improved significantly.
2. the whole machine can remove left and right,cycloid reducer to adjust.
3. Cutter and easy to adjust the pressure line, the error ± 0.5mm, automatic sharpening device, you can achieve timing Brothers, with intermittent Brothers and other features.
4. the machine adopt five knives eight lines,the blade is made of tungsten alloy steel, the using life is not less than 3 million running meters.
NC cutter helical knife
1. it can store 200 units orders,replace the cutter specifications quickly and accurately,changing orders without stop,And enables networked computers to facilitate production management.
2. Knife shaft drive gears are precision forged steel induction hardening, backlash-free transmission, advanced keyless connection, high transmission accuracy.
3. Cutting machine adopts inlaid front steel blade knife spiral structure, serrated knife. scissors, shears, shear force, long blade life.
4. around feed rollers are used the sun gear platen way, smooth delivery, pressure evenly, easy to crush plate board or cause blockage.
