1. Air compressor

2. Buffer tank

3. Compressed air purification device

The compressed air from the buffer tank is first passed into the compressed air purification device. The compressed air first removes most of the oil, water and dust by the high-efficiency oil remover, and then goes through the freeze dryer to further cool down and remove water, and the fine filter removes oil and dust. And deep purification is carried out by the fine filter that follows. 4. Air craft tank

5. Oxygen and nitrogen separation device

There are two adsorption towers, A and B, equipped with molecular sieves for oxygen generators. When the clean compressed air enters the inlet end of the A tower and flows to the outlet end through the molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed by it, and the product oxygen flows out from the outlet end of the adsorption tower. After a period of time, the molecular sieve in Tower A is saturated with adsorption. At this time, tower A automatically stops adsorption, and compressed air flows into tower B to absorb nitrogen and produce oxygen, and regenerate the molecular sieve of tower A. The regeneration of molecular sieve is realized by rapidly dropping the adsorption tower to atmospheric pressure to remove the adsorbed nitrogen. The two towers alternately carry out adsorption and regeneration to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, and continuously output oxygen. The above processes are all controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). When the oxygen purity at the outlet end is set to the set value, the PLC program acts to open the automatic vent valve to automatically vent unqualified oxygen, cut off the flow of unqualified oxygen to the gas point, and use a silencer to reduce the noise to below 78dBA when the gas is vented.

6. Oxygen process tank

The oxygen buffer tank is used to balance the pressure and purity of the oxygen separated from the nitrogen-oxygen separation system to ensure a stable continuous supply of oxygen.
