The 200-ton gantry hydraulic press adopts a three-bea four-column structure consisting of an

upper beam,a slider, a worktable, a column, a master cylinder, a hydraulic power system, and an

electrical system.
The upper beam, slider and workbench are made of high-quality steel plates. After welding,

high-frequency vibration eliminates welding stress. The hydraulic machine column is made of

high-quality 45# steel,with medium-frequency quenching and chrome plating. The tonnage of the

pressing machine of the hydraulic
press is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is of high quality forged steel. The

surface of the piston rod is treated with medium frequency quenching, which has high hardness
