Working Process of Bamboo Toothpick Making Machine:
1.Sawing Machine:As the first step of making toothpick,it can cut long bamboo into several short parts with 400mm diameter knife, 1.5kw power.
2.Bamboo Dissection machine:The bamboo is placed in the center of cutter head, when working, it can open the bamboo by the impaction of cutter head.The width of divided bamboo pieces is controlled by adjusting blades density.In addition, the machine is equipped with 10 knives.
3.Timber Dividing Machine:The bamboo is conveyed into machine by rotating wheels.The cutter in the middle of machine divides the bamboo into thin pieces.And we can also provide machine to divide wood, it depends on customers' requirements.
4.Bamboo filament shaping machine:The wood or bamboo is conveyed into machine by rotating wheel and divides them into thinner to facilitate subsequent processing.
5.Bamboo filament set-size machine: It is used for cutting bamboo silk or wood silk into shorter sections.There is a baffle inside the device, and the baffle can be adjusted to control the length of the intercept.
6.Toothpick filament set-size machine:It is used for cutting the bamboo silk or wood silk into the length of toothpick, with low noise, less energy, only need one person to operate.
7.Polishing machine:The machine shakes to increase the friction between these sticks, thereby polishing the surface.
