Automatic Cable Coil Winding Machine Appllication:
It is used for the circling and bunding of 0.5-6 Sq MM single and the round sheath cable which the diameter is less than 10 mm ( 0.5-6 sq mm flexible cable )
Automatic coiling machine Can be fed by pay-off or directly connected extruder. The coil volume is about
4 times that of hand winding (take 200M long coil as an example). Winding automatic film winding machine, automatic
winding and labeling. Also a point or two points belt tying, full seal film shrink packing, automatic stacking.
If the film is automatically wound after automatic winding, the production is about 7 times than manual. This machine
adopts MITSUBISHI servo motor flat flat cable system, winding beautiful. Using a touch screen man-machine interface
operation panel, simple operation friendly.Microcomputer control, 99 kinds of wire sizes can be saved.
Read the stored specifications and can be produced immediately without inputting again. This machine has automatic
error detection function, when there is a problem will be issued a warning to remind the operator.

This machine PLC has the measuring instrument contact point. When the diameter is not up to standard, the waste line
can be automatically eliminated or the loop will be renewed after manual marking man-machine interface control system,
direct touch screen, more convenient operation. The central computer control system can control coil speed, line length,
warning system, line speed adjustment, indicator light, emergency shutdown and reset. During running, the machine can
still change the length, line diameter, line speed and other data, so as to avoid the inconvenience of stopping the
adjustment, and monitor the speed and length of the wire and the action of the whole machine on the screen.

1.WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?

2.PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment ,the balance (50% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment(at sight).
3.DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
3.1 Delivery condition: FOB Qingdao/ Shanghai port or CIF destination Port.
3.2 Delivery terms: Within 10-14 working days after receipt of advanced payment, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection,the seller should finish packing of goods and ready for shipment within 15 working days after the seller receipt the full payment.
4.WARRANTY TERMS
5.1 Warranty period: 12 months, starting from the machine receipt in customer's warehouse
5.2 Seller shall grant: services and spare parts, free-of-charge service throughout the entire equipment during warranty period.
5.3 long life service: the seller should provide long life service for the sold goods, the buyer pay for needed spare parts after the 12months warranty terms.
5.INSPECTION
When the machine finished, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection before shipment, the seller guaranty good performance of all the sold goods.the seller undertake the material cost for the machine inspection in seller's factory. the buyer should come to seller's factory to do the inspection work, or the buyer could entrust any third party to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.
6.INSTALLATION AND EQUIPMENT COMMISSIONING:
if the buyer requires, the seller should send technician team to buyer's factory for installation and testing the whole line, and the buyer should undertake the whole food/place and round tickets (airplane, food, hotel, and so on), and pay salary to engineer for 100 usd/day/engineer.
Shipping and packing:
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3. Or as per customer's requirements.

1. Suggest to client suitable raw material, final product capacity.
2. Introduce machine's structure and features in detail, explain the price component;
3. answer client concerned questions.
After-sale:
1. Start production as soon as receiving down payment.
2. Send photos of machine in manufacturing and finished photos to client, for your better learn about the machine's condition.
3. Delivery machine in time, taking photos during loading, so you can "remote monitoring" your goods.
4. Documents and certificate available in time.
5. Manual documents available. Engineer can be sent to client site for installation instruction.
