5 Carbonization furnace 

This wood carbonization furnace belongs to the charcoal industry, with features of carbonization fast and no smoke or little smoke and little pollution. It's the new coking equipment with high efficiency.


The working principle of the wood carbonization furnace is : put the raw material in the inner stoves, seal the cover with fine sand soil, then hoist the inner stoves inside the furnace, heating the bottom of inner stoves by setting fire at the heating room(under the furnace). The raw material in the inner stove will come to the drying procedure(100-280 centi-degree), and then carbonization procedure(280-400 centi-degree). When it rise to the temperation starting carbonization procedure, connect the gas recycling pipe, leading the exhaust gas returning to the heating room to burn as fuel, heating the inner stove.

After carbonizing, the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity will be enhanced; the graphite structure increased, fixed carbon content increased, calorificvalue higher, ash content lower, volatile
