PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) steel coil is manufactured using hot-dipped galvanized or zinc-iron alloy-coated steel sheets as the base material. The production process involves surface pretreatment, followed by the application of one or more layers of liquid coatings via roll coating, baking, and cooling. Common coatings include polyester, silicon-modified polyester, high-durability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), epoxy, and other high-corrosion-resistant formulations.
