Description of prepainted aluminium :
Color coated aluminum ( prepainted aluminum ) , which is produced with aluminum sheet or coil and processed by coating with color or pattern.
In common sense , here are two kinds of coating PVDF and PE . Compared with other section steel prepainted aluminum coil is the more popular material , because of its excellent property. Firstly the property is very stable so the surface is erosion resistant , warranty could up to 30 years long after special treatment . Then , the density is the lowest among metal material when volume is fixed .
