Cold storage panels typically adopt a multi-layer structure, with polyurethane, polystyrene, or glass wool as the main material, filled with insulation material in between, resulting in superior insulation effects.

Panel Specifications: Cold storage panels are generally pre-manufactured by manufacturers, with fixed lengths, widths, and thicknesses. Depending on the specific needs of the cold storage facility, medium and high-temperature cold storage facilities often use 10-centimeter-thick panels, while low-temperature and freezing facilities utilize 12- or 15-centimeter-thick panels. Additionally, the density, steel plate thickness, and load-bearing capacity of the panels are also important factors to consider during selection.

Energy Efficiency: The energy efficiency of cold storage panels is mainly reflected in their ability to prevent temperature transfer between the interior and exterior of the cold storage due to the significant temperature difference. This ensures the cold storage operates more efficiently, saving energy. For instance, polyurethane cold storage panels, with lightweight polyurethane as the core material and exterior components such as SII, PVC color steel plates, and stainless steel plates, effectively prevent temperature transfer.

Corrosion Resistance and Electrical Insulation: Besides thermal insulation, cold storage panels also exhibit good corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties. Polyurethane panels, for instance, have excellent corrosion resistance, making them suitable for insulation of various pipelines and equipment in food and pharmaceutical factories.
