In addition, the tight bump design on the working surface of the chain plate effectively prevents debris from sticking, increases chip removal ability, and increases the strength of the chain plate. The moving parts of the machine are in contact with the chips. When large foreign matter is mixed in the chips, it may cause stagnation and overload the motor. Therefore, it is equipped with a torque limiting mechanism, which can effectively reduce the damage to the machine caused by improper operation. The torque limiting mechanism has traditionally used asbestos friction materials. The rubber,formaldehyde, and phenolic resin binders contained in the torque limiting mechanism cause it to lose friction stability when it is heated by overload friction, and it is quickly damaged, and it has low thermal conductivity. This process is increased, so the resistance to overload is extremely low. If the lubricating oil of the drive chain enters the friction surface, its frictional rotation effect will be lost.
