Description:

This is mechanical type shore durometer hardness tester, suitable for measuring hardness of general rubber, synthetic rubber,

soft rubber, polyester, leather, wax,etc. It has A-type, C-type and D-type. A and D types are suitable for general hard rubber,

resin, acrylic, glass, thermoplastic rubber, printing plate, fiber, etc. C type is suitable for rubber and plastic, plastic contains

foaming agent made of microporous materials

Shore durometer hardness tester is widely used in the hardness measurement of rubber and plastics. It has the characteristics

of simple structure, easy to use, small size and light body, easy reading, etc., which can be carried with you for hand-held

measurement, or can be fitted to an optional stand for increased repeatability. Our shore durometer Strictly implement

Precautions:

1. Before use, check that the pointer of the hardness tester should point to the zero position in the free state. The maximum indication

    value of the hardness tester should be checked, the hardness tester should be pressed on a flat glass or metal reference plane,

    and the pointer should point to the 100±1 scale value range.

2. When the D-type hardness tester is pressed on the datum plane to check the zero position, because the hard pressure needle

    is easy to press into the datum under large load, and can not be accurately read.

3. Rubber samples should be prepared according to the requirements of GB/T531, plastic samples should be prepared according

    to the requirements of GB2411, and samples of rubber and plastic microporous materials should be prepared according to the

    requirements of HG/T2489.

4. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test, rubber and plastic samples should be adjusted and tested at the standard temperature

    of the laboratory according to the provisions of GB/T2941 and GB/T2918.

5. When the sample is measured by a type A hardness tester more than 90HA, it is recommended to use a type D hardness tester,

    when the measurement value of a type D hardness tester is less than 20HD, it is recommended to use a type A hardness tester,

     and when the measurement value of type A hardness tester is lower than 10HA, the measurement results are inaccurate.

6. After the hardness tester is used, it should be wiped clean and packed into the instrument box and placed properly.

7. The hardness tester should be regularly verified according to the requirements of JJG304.

8. Under the condition of correct use by the user, if the product cannot be used normally within 6 months from the date of purchase,

    the company will repair it for the user free of charge.
