Our KM-DDC series is the digital depth vernier caliper is a have the hardened stainless-steel body, and equipped with a clear

large LCD display for easy reading. We supply measuring range from 0-150mm/0-6'' up to 0-600mm/0-24'' to meet different

measurement requirement.

Our digital depth caliper has a high measurement accuracy and is able to meet a wide range of precision machining

and inspection needs. Also, the structure of our vernier depth calipers is well-designed and easy to operate,

Precautions:

1. Before measuring, the measuring surface should be wiped clean to avoid dust and impurities from wearing the measuring tool.

2. The measuring base and the end face of the body of the caliper should be perpendicular to the measured surface and fit tightly,

    and should not be skewed, otherwise the measurement results will be inaccurate.

3. When measuring parts on the machine, wait until the parts are completely stable.

4. When measuring the groove depth or when other datum planes are curves, the end face of the measuring base

    must be placed on the highest point of the curve, and the measurement result is the actual size of the workpiece,

    otherwise there will be measurement errors.

5. When measuring parts with depth vernier calipers, it is not allowed to apply excessive pressure, if the measurement pressure

    is too large, it will not only bend the caliper body, or wear the base, but also make the measured size inaccurate.

6. In order to reduce the measurement error, increase the number of measurements appropriately and take the average value.

    That is, measurements are taken in different directions on the same datum plane of the part.

7. Remove the battery if the caliper not use for a long time.
